1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Quantec AI platform, website, and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantec AI Inc.

2. Service Description

Quantec AI provides enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions, including but not limited to autonomous agents, workflow automation, and custom LLM deployment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the generation of malicious content.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all original code, designs, algorithms, and models, are the exclusive property of Quantec AI. Users retain ownership of the data they input into the system ("Client Data"). Quantec AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

5. Data Analysis & Processing

You grant Quantec AI the right to process your Client Data for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and security measures (SOC2 Type II compliance) to protect your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantec AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
